Job Objective
To conduct research and laboratory analysis to develop and improve paint products, ensuring all formulations and production processes meet quality and technical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new paint and coating formulations.
- Conduct chemical testing for raw materials and finished products.
- Monitor quality control during daily production.
- Document experiment results and provide technical reports.
- Coordinate with production and procurement teams for material compatibility.
- Comply with laboratory safety and environmental standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the paint or chemical industry.
- Proficiency in English and laboratory testing equipment.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to travel and meet clients on-site
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent English language
