PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Paintco Roof Coating 223 is a premium elastomeric coating formulated with pure acrylic polymer, creating a waterproof membrane with exceptional weather resistance, durability, flexibility, and color retention. Its thixotropic flow ensures smooth application, while providing excellent hiding power, washability, and a long-lasting flat finish—offering superior protection for roofs in all conditions.
RECOMMENDED USE
Recommended to be use to protect, weatherproof and reflect UV radiation when used over spray polyurethane foam systems. Can be used as a damp proofing material over masonry and wood surfaces.

Recommended PAINT SYSTEM
Apply (4:1) Paintco roof coating with water to seal pores. – Fill minor cracks with sand/Paintco roof coating (2:1) mix – Apply roof coating undiluted minimum two coats. Over polyurethane form: Polyurethane form and other surface to be coated must be dry and free of all dirt and contaminates. Each coat of roof coating 223 must be tack free before additional coat is applied
