Recruitment Specialist

Job Objective

To manage efficient end-to-end recruitment processes ensuring the selection of qualified candidates aligned with company needs and Saudi labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Post vacancies, review applications, and screen resumes.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews.
  • Negotiate and prepare job offers.
  • Manage candidate database and recruitment reports.
  • Support development of recruitment policies and attraction strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • 2–3 years of experience in industrial or corporate recruitment.
  • Proficiency in English and HR systems.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
