PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Paintco Internal Lacquer Pigmented 2315 is a stoving lacquer designed to protect tin plates and steel drums from chemical and solvent attack. It provides outstanding MEK resistance, high flexibility, deep drawing ability, and corrosion protection. Once fully cured, the coating is non-toxic and suitable for food packaging.
RECOMMENDED USE
“Internal protection of tin plates, steel drums, and metal packaging exposed to solvents or chemicals; suitable for food-grade use after full cure.”
APPLICATION TOOLS

Recommended PAINT SYSTEM
One or two coats via roller coating or airless/airassisted spray. Adjust viscosity with Internal Lacquer Thinner (~5%). Bake at 185°C for 20 minutes peak temperature.
