Job Details
Job Objective
To manage efficient end-to-end recruitment processes ensuring the selection of qualified candidates aligned with company needs and Saudi labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Post vacancies, review applications, and screen resumes.
- Schedule and conduct interviews.
- Negotiate and prepare job offers.
- Manage candidate database and recruitment reports.
- Support development of recruitment policies and attraction strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- 2–3 years of experience in industrial or corporate recruitment.
- Proficiency in English and HR systems.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
