One coat paintco epoxy sealer/2PK to be applied on the area to be repaired. The quartz sand should be mixed with the mixture of resin and curing agent in the ration of 5:1by weight. The mortar mix then can be applied by steel trowel wet on wet over the surface. Top coats: can be over coated with all kind of epoxy and PU coatings. Note: to achieve mechanical strength, the mortar should be laid in 1-3mm thick.
