Steel Solutions for Affordable Housing and Assisted Living
Introduction: On the Swabian Alb, we are contributing to affordable housing and assisted living by supplying and installing steel components such as picket fences, stairs, canopies, and glass railings.
Challenges: Because the project combines residential units with care facilities, there were strict requirements for accessibility and safety. The design also had to be modern and appealing while staying within budget.
Solution: We developed sturdy yet lightweight steel solutions for stairs and railings, supplemented with aesthetic glass elements. Working closely with architects and owners, we balanced cost and quality to achieve a durable and economical outcome.
Result: The new residential units provide a comfortable and secure environment for occupants, while the project stayed on track in terms of budget and schedule. The steel structures blend seamlessly into the overall design and stand out for their longevity.
