Rapid Modular Chemical Facility in Indonesia

Introduction: In Indonesia, we developed a modular chemical industrial facility, pre-assembling complex skids and commissioning them on site in record time. The goal was to create a flexible plant capable of quickly adapting to changing production needs.

Challenges: Coordinating special equipment from Germany and Italy required precise scheduling and test runs in Cairo before shipping the modules to Indonesia. Additionally, the hot and humid climate demanded robust materials and advanced corrosion protection.

Solution: We prefabricated all modules, including piping and control units, ran trial operations in Cairo, and shipped the equipment on a tight schedule. On site, the modules were seamlessly connected, minimizing installation time.

Result: The facility was commissioned shortly after delivery and meets stringent quality standards. Thanks to its modular layout, the plant can be easily expanded or adapted to new production processes in the future.
