Fabrikhallen mit Silounterstützungen für einen Farbenhersteller
Introduction: In Sadat City, we built several factory halls for an Albanian paint manufacturer looking to expand production in Egypt. The hall construction solution covers around 5,600 m² with parapet walls and silo supports for ten large silos.
Challenges: The silo supports, up to 24 meters high, had to carry loads of 80 tons per silo. Additionally, the entire steel structure needed to be modular to allow for future expansions.
Solution: We designed a hall system with portal frames and a parapet that meets both aesthetic and functional requirements. The silo supports were produced on a dedicated assembly line and then integrated into the hall structure on site.
Result: The project was completed in just four months, enabling the paint manufacturer to quickly commission the silos. The modular construction method offers the company extra flexibility for rapid expansions if needed.
