Heavy-Duty Parking Systems for Miami Car Dealers
Introduction: In Miami, we installed a total of 94 parking systems designed for heavy vehicles, primarily for car dealers with high space requirements. These structures were built using heavy-duty steel to withstand extreme loads and local climate conditions.
Challenges: The large number of parking systems required consistent fabrication quality and short installation times. Additionally, a modular design was necessary so that the units could fit seamlessly into existing parking and showroom areas.
Solution: We utilized standardized prefabrication of steel elements, shipping them to Miami in dedicated containers. On site, our assembly teams were able to install each module quickly because all connection points had been prepared in the factory.
Result: These modular parking systems provide car dealerships with a space-saving and durable solution tailored to the U.S. market environment. Thanks to the high degree of prefabrication, the project was completed in a short timeframe despite the large volume of units.
