Large-Scale Chemical Recycling in 6th of October
Introduction: In Egypt’s 6th of October region, we constructed a large-scale industrial recycling plant with a focus on chemical processes. Our scope included supplying steel structures, installing hundreds of pipelines, and integrating large stainless steel tanks.
Challenges: Tight space constraints in the existing hall and the high complexity of the piping systems posed special planning requirements. Additionally, the up to 12-meter-high multi-chamber stainless tanks had to be securely integrated into the load-bearing structure.
Solution: We divided the steel and plant components into pre-assembled modules to minimize on-site installation time. Detailed structural calculations and a well-coordinated logistics plan allowed us to install all tanks and pipelines in just six months.
Result: The project was completed within the planned schedule, and the facility now achieves a high recycling capacity. The modular approach simplifies future maintenance and potential expansions.
