Modular Chemical Plant in Pakistan
Introduction: In Pakistan, we implemented a modular industrial building for a chemical processing facility. The entire structure had to be erected in the shortest possible time to expedite production start-up.
Challenges: Complex skids with up to 120 pre-installed pipelines required highly detailed planning and execution. Moreover, special equipment from Germany and Italy had to be tested in Cairo before being shipped to Pakistan.
Solution: We designed and fabricated all modules at our facility, conducting trial assemblies and functionality checks there, which drastically reduced on-site installation time. Following a just-in-time approach, the finalized plant design was assembled in Pakistan and commissioned within just two months.
Result: The client benefited from swift project execution with minimal downtime. The modular units ensure high quality standards and allow for easy facility scaling.
