Mass Production of Steel Components for Monorail in Cairo
Introduction: In Cairo, we fabricated walkways and supporting structures for a monorail system constructed in multiple phases. The focus was on large-scale steel production to enable rapid expansion of public transportation.
Challenges: The project’s huge volume requirements and tight schedule demanded a highly efficient manufacturing process. Moreover, precise structural calculations were essential to ensure the monorail’s safe and stable operation.
Solution: We set up an optimized production line for serial fabrication of consoles, beams, and walkways. Advanced welding methods and continuous quality checks guaranteed that each section met the required standards.
Result: Within nine months, we delivered the necessary steel components in large quantities while maintaining consistent quality. This project makes a significant contribution to Cairo’s improved transportation infrastructure.
