Three-Story Steel Substructure for Pressure Systems in Italy
Introduction: In Italy, we built a three-story substructure for highly sensitive pressure systems. This steel construction solution allows the safe installation and operation of large-volume pressure vessels.
Challenges: The platforms and stair assemblies had to be prefabricated in modular form to ensure short installation times. Additionally, specialized structural calculations were necessary to safely transfer the forces from the pressure systems into the overall framework.
Solution: We manufactured all components in our plant, dividing them into manageable segments for quick on-site assembly. Through precise engineering, we optimized the use of floor space without compromising stability.
Result: Thanks to modular prefabrication, the three-level substructure was completed on schedule. The operator benefits from a space-saving yet highly robust steel framework that efficiently supports the pressure systems.
