About the role
Maintain and optimize RTA’s application and integration platforms, ensuring uninterrupted service, rigorous change execution, and data-driven improvements that advance the digital-strategy roadmap and enterprise-architecture standards.
Responsibilities
• Support implementation plans and the automation roadmap, aligning system upgrades, budgets, and timelines with RTA’s digital strategy and enterprise architecture.• Contribute data and risk insights to business cases for new automation and integration initiatives, aiding strategic prioritisation and resource planning.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
2–5 years of IT support experience, preferably in hospitality or multi-site operations
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking (LAN/WAN), servers, and hardware troubleshooting
Experience with hospitality systems (PMS/POS) is highly preferred
Basic knowledge of cybersecurity, backups, and data protection
Ability to handle multiple locations and provide on-call support if required
Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
Experience in UAE hospitality environment is an advantage
