Description Basic coated Stick electrode, core wire alloyed, for creep resistant and high pressure hydrogen resistant steels in boiler construction and the petrochemical industry. Preferred for X12CrMo5. Approved for long-term use in an operating temperature range of up to +650°C. High crack resistance due to low hydrogen content (under AWS conditions HD ≤ 4 ml/100g). Good welding in all positions except for vertical down. Weld metal can be quenched and tempered, deposition efficiency about 115%. |
